Our website's done-for-you application asks for your name, email address, website, preferred plan, marketing budget range and goals. The website's newsletter and community forms ask for an email address. These website forms open a prepared message in your email app. The information reaches us only if you send that message.

We may also receive information you include in later emails or calls. Our hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as IP address and request details, to serve and secure the site.

How we use it

We use service enquiry details to understand your needs, assess whether our services fit and reply about next steps. If you email us to join the newsletter or community early-access list, we use your email for that request. A service enquiry does not automatically add you to a marketing list.

We may share enquiry details with service providers only as needed to operate these services or respond to you. We do not sell lead-form information.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about your enquiry, request correction or deletion, or withdraw a request for follow-up by emailing us. If you joined a mailing list, you can ask to be removed using the same address. We may need to keep some information when required by law or for a legitimate record of our dealings.
